I'd like to share a bit about my journey and how I became a pastry chef here in the United States.

 

Originally from Ukraine, I have dedicated the last five years to crafting sweets — cakes, cupcakes, macarons, and other desserts. Moving here in 2022 was both a challenge and an exciting start to a new chapter in my life. Believe it or not,
the path to realizing myself in a new country was not easy, but every step of this journey brought me immense pleasure.

 

My craft is not only a passion for baking but also a desire to share a part of my culture through sweets. I make every effort to use only natural ingredients and avoid anything that might be harmful. For me, every cake or cupcake is not just
a dessert, but a small story I want to share with the world.

 

Moving to the USA opened up a plethora of opportunities for me, and I am endlessly grateful to this country for providing refuge and the chance to realize my dreams. My dream is to become one of the best pastry chefs here, in the United States, and to spread joy through my desserts. And every time someone purchases my desserts, it brings my family
and me one step closer to achieving the American dream.

 

My family is my strong support and source of inspiration. I have two wonderful children, one four years old and the other just six months. My youngest child was born here, in the USA, making our connection to this country even more special.
And my amazing husband, after a hard day's work at the factory, finds the strength to help me organize all the necessary documents and affairs. His support and assistance are invaluable to me and our business.
