Our Esterhazy cake is made according to traditional recipes using high-quality ingredients:
• Nut Layers: Thin and crispy layers made of almonds give the cake a rich nutty flavor and unique texture.
• Cream: Between the layers of almond, nut cake is a delicate cream anglaise with added rum and hazelnut paste, making the cake incredibly soft and aromatic.
• Glaze: The top of the cake is covered with a white glaze with a pattern of white and dark chocolate, creating an unmistakable appearance and adding a sweet chocolate accent.
• Decoration: For decoration, we use roasted almond flakes, giving the cake an additional crunchy and refined touch.
