Mousse cake
Sponge cake: eggs, milk, vegetable oil, butter, wheat flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, natural or vanilla bean extract.
Mousse layers: cream, white, milk and/or dark chocolate, butter, eggs, sugar, gelatin, vanilla, coffee, citric acid.
Berry or fruit fillings: berries and/or fruits, sugar, pectin, gelatin, citric acid.
